French community radio station Radio Larzac has launched the 'Caravan on the Move' (Caravane en vadrouille) project, with its team touring villages of the Larzac plateau in Aveyron in a caravan. The first stop was in La Cavalerie: according to one source, on 5–6 May, according to another, on 6–7 May 2026. Residents acted as guests, technicians and live hosts, sharing their stories.
The project aims to revive the participatory format characteristic of the station since its founding in 2003 and to strengthen rural ties. It is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. Three further stages are planned for September around Millau and the Larzac plateau.
