In Turkey's Muş province, nomadic beekeepers Orhan and Sibel Işık have received a towed caravan through the 'Golden Wings of Honey' (Baldan Altın Kanatlar Projesi) project, with an 85% subsidy. Previously living in tents and barracks, the family now has a caravan equipped with a shower, kitchen, electricity, and rest area.
The couple has been beekeeping for 30 years, 9–10 of them together. Five years ago, they expanded their hive count with support from TKDK. They move between Hatay, Diyarbakır, and the highlands of Muş, following the bloom.
