In Germany, 44.7 million overnight stays at campsites were recorded in 2025, up 4.2% from the previous year. Since 2020, the cost of a night at a motorhome parking spot has risen by 32.2%.

Unlike other countries along the Adriatic coast, Albania remains a relatively unknown destination for tourists due to lagging infrastructure and service quality. However, the country is gaining popularity among travelers in motorhomes and camper vans.
