Demand for caravans and motorhomes in the UK is rising, with Gumtree reporting a 133% increase since the start of the year. Expert Hayley Rubery, known as The Caravan Girl, says renovating an old caravan can cost less than £1,000. Tips include painting (from £10 per can), peel-and-stick floor tiles (£35), new curtains, door handles, and soft furnishings. This offers an alternative to high-end models that can cost up to £850,000.
