Germany has clear parking regulations for motorhomes and caravans under the StVO. Motorhomes up to 7.5 tons can park on regular spots without time limits unless signs prohibit it. Detached caravans under 2 tons may stay in residential areas for up to two weeks. Vehicles over 7.5 tons and trailers over 2 tons are banned from residential zones from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and on holidays.
