People continuing to pitch up in caravans in Great Yarmouth

Emma Corten from Pontypool bought a second-hand caravan from Trecco Bay Holiday Park for £44,000 about two years ago. The seller agreed to fix minor faults within weeks, but Corten says the work was not done and more serious issues emerged, including windows that won't open, leaks under the caravan, damaged locks and mirrors. After she complained, the park offered to buy back the caravan for £9,000–£10,000, a fraction of the purchase price. Corten, who has multiple health conditions, says the dispute has harmed her wellbeing and she has instructed a solicitor. The park says repairs have been completed and a goodwill gesture was offered.

A man was tasered and arrested in Bridport, Dorset, after allegedly stealing a white Peugeot motorhome. Plans to redevelop Glendale Holiday Park in Port Carlisle have been approved by a Cumberland Council planning officer.
