The O Grove city council aims to pass a municipal ordinance before summer that will completely ban parking of motorhomes, caravans, and campervans on La Toja island, O Corgo area, and all beaches. Mayor José Cacabelos stated that creating a public parking lot for such vehicles in the town center is impossible due to lack of suitable land, and 24/7 enforcement of the rules is considered unfeasible.
