The city of Changwon has implemented restrictions on camper and caravan parking along the Gwisandong waterfront. In 2024, flexible parking restrictions were introduced on an 830-meter section, and in 2025, 88 parking spaces for registered vehicles were created, but the problem persists as vehicles have moved to other areas.
