From October 2024, owners of caravan sites in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole will face higher licence fees. BCP Council has revised charges for 21 residential caravan parks in the region, ranging from 2 to 90 pitches. For the smallest sites (up to 10 homes), the annual fee will increase from £192 to £200, while the largest (up to 142 homes) will see a rise from £383 to £398. Fees for licence applications, transfers, and operator assessments will also increase. The council approved the changes, effective October 1.
