The municipal council unanimously approved in its July session the memorandum-report for the management of the new public motorhome parking area. The document establishes direct management, and the regulatory ordinance setting public prices for use was also approved, with the socialist group abstaining. Both documents will be subject to a 30-day public exhibition period. The parking area, located on Avenida Juan Carlos I, is funded by European Next Generation EU funds and includes spacious bays, accessible points, fresh water supply, grey and black water disposal, toilets, showers, digital reception, smart access control, video surveillance, efficient lighting, landscaped areas, photovoltaic pergolas, electric vehicle charging points, and connections to cycling routes.
