Starting October 1, new amendments to Spain's General Traffic Regulations take effect, affecting pedestrian crossing traffic lights, safe school routes, and motorhome parking. Approved by the Council of Ministers on June 23, the changes prohibit motorhomes from extending elements beyond their perimeter or discharging fluids from the living area; new obligations also apply to personal mobility vehicle users, motorcyclists, and cyclists.
