Bern authorities plan to revoke the right to obtain parking permits in blue zones for owners of motorhomes and caravans starting in 2027. According to the draft ordinance, such vehicles will require rental of private parking spaces. The initiative aims to reduce the number of parking spots as part of the climate strategy until 2035.
