Incheon Improves Landfill Campground Operations: Reduces Fake Bookings, Expands Benefits for Large Families

Incheon Metropolitan City announced amendments to the ordinance on the management and operation of the capital area landfill campground. Key changes aim to improve booking efficiency and expand benefits for families with children. A phased refund policy starting 7 days before arrival will be introduced to reduce fake reservations, which previously accounted for up to 68% of cancellations. Large families will be exempt from additional fees for exceeding the standard 4-person limit, allowing a family of six to save about 28% on costs.
