A Swedish tribunal ruled that a dealer must refund 580,595 kronor for a 2023 Adria Alpina caravan bought remotely, as the dealer failed to inform the buyer of the right to cancel. The cancellation period was extended by a year, and the buyer also received compensation for a moisture test. Lawyer Bo Ericsson says such cases are common and cause major losses for dealers.
