Elon town council debates easing RV parking rules in residential areas

The owner finished a self-built Ram ProMaster camper van and took it on its maiden voyage in the Colorado Rockies. The build features a high platform bed with under-bed storage, a Baltic birch galley kitchen, and a MaxxFan Deluxe for ventilation. The test confirmed the layout, designed to maximize views from the rear doors, works as intended.

A travel trailer rolled onto its side on Interstate 15 in St. George, Utah, causing major traffic delays. According to Utah Highway Patrol, an SUV was towing the trailer when it overturned on northbound I-15 near Green Spring Drive. No injuries were reported, but the trailer blocked multiple lanes. The Utah Department of Transportation advised drivers to expect delays and use alternate routes; no estimate for full reopening was provided.

Jason and Shannon Steinebach, owners of lakefront property on Green Lake, filed a civil lawsuit in Allegan County Circuit Court against Leighton Township. The suit challenges the validity and selective enforcement of Ordinance No. 2025-12-11-RV, which regulates camping trailers and recreational vehicles on private property. The plaintiffs allege improper adoption, selective enforcement, and violations of the Open Meetings Act and Freedom of Information Act, along with First and Fourteenth Amendment claims. A preliminary injunction motion is pending, and a federal complaint is being prepared.

Timbren Industries released the FRBRG Timbren SES (Suspension Enhancement System) kit for the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco and 2024-2026 Ford Ranger.
