Federation Council voted to explore a joint management contract for the Urana Caravan Park and Waterfront Pavilion. The current caravan park contract expires on 30 June 2026. Council extended existing agreements until 30 November 2026 to allow for a tender process under the NSW Local Government Act 1993. Consolidating the assets into one contract with key performance indicators aims to reduce overheads and improve visitor experience.
