Federation Council is moving forward with its vision to transform the Ball Park Caravan Park in Corowa into a premier tourism destination. Following the launch of an Expressions of Interest (EOI) process on May 15, 2026, 14 individuals or companies downloaded procurement documents, and a site inspection on June 3, 2026, drew seven representatives from four commercial entities. The council plans to offer a 21-year lease, extendable to 30 years with NSW Ministerial approval.
