Eagle R.V. Park & Campground in the Similkameen Valley (British Columbia) has been listed for sale for $2.9 million. Located near Keremeos, the property includes year-round sites with 50-amp electricity, laundry, showers, paid storage, a two-bedroom mobile home, office, gym, two-car garage, and a private owner's yard. The current owners are retiring; the zoning allows various uses.

Meanwhile, in the adjacent Regional District of Kootenay Boundary (RDKB) area B, public hearings on zoning amendments are scheduled for February 4. Proposed changes include seasonal occupancy restrictions from October 16 to April 14 and clarified setback requirements from property lines and water bodies.
