In Arco, civic group Voce Comune has asked the municipal administration to create a dedicated storage area for residents' motorhomes with regulated access. According to the group, dozens of such vehicles are left for weeks or months along urban, rural and forest roads. The nearby Riva del Garda already operates two residents' motorhome areas: 15 pitches at Baltera and 31 at via Treviso, 46 in total, with an annual subscription of 300 euros. The via Treviso site opened in July 2023 to ease a waiting list at Baltera. Voce Comune suggests a similar solution for Arco, possibly managed by AMSA. A separate proposal for the Caneve car park with about 245 spaces and an estimated investment of 6.4 million euros is also under discussion; Voce Comune opposes its raised design.
