Appeals have been lodged with the Planning Inspectorate against refusals for a caravan park in the green belt in Cheshire. Applicant John Vary is appealing two refusals by Warrington Council and an enforcement notice issued in June.
According to another source, three appeals have been lodged against Warrington Council's decisions refusing permission to use agricultural land in Burtonwood for a travellers' caravan site. The applicant also challenges an enforcement notice issued due to unlawful change of use.
The appeals are under consideration.
