Adventure Camping & Leisure Company Limited and Vincent Vella have filed a judicial counter-protest against the Ahrax Camp Site Association, rejecting allegations of illegal land occupation as defamatory and accusing caravan owners of being the illegal occupants. The company denies collecting unwarranted funds, stating all payments were due under signed rental agreements. Operators also claim they have no outstanding balances with authorities and that the association does not represent a majority of owners, as it is composed of the caravan owners themselves.
