New photos from Ġnejna Bay in Malta show caravans with artificial turf, furniture, and barbecues, raising concerns about enforcement. In January, police contacted owners of 13 caravans; four were removed, and charges were issued against the rest. The latest images question whether enough is being done to prevent long-term occupation and clarify responsibility for monitoring the area.
