American conglomerate Thor Industries has introduced the world's first range-extended electric motorhome, the Entegra Embark 29V1. The vehicle is 9.4 meters long and features an electric motor producing 440 hp and 1545 Nm of torque, paired with a 140 kWh battery. The electric-only range is approximately 170 km. For longer trips, a gasoline generator extends the total range to 800 km.
