French manufacturer Carapate Aventure has expanded its camper lineup with the Squirtle (Squirt), a model that departs from the flagship Carapate design by using a utility trailer base. The wooden-bodied trailer with slide-out drawers weighs between 340 kg and 800 kg and features a roof-top tent, limiting use to warmer months. The Squirtle starts at €10,600 and is offered with solar panels for off-grid capability.
