Lawmakers in South Carolina have reached a compromise on legislation aimed at helping property owners remove squatters more quickly. The bill also establishes procedures for evicting guests from RV parks for non-payment, property damage, or rule violations. The agreement now returns to the House and Senate for final approval before being sent to the governor.
