The Weinsberg X-Pedition camper van based on a Mercedes Sprinter served as a support vehicle at the Dakar Classic rally in Saudi Arabia from January 1 to 18, 2026. The project was implemented by dealers Sunmobil Cars and PowerCampers in collaboration with Delta 4x4, WCS and WEINSBERG to test off-road capabilities, suspension and self-sufficiency systems. During two weeks of extreme conditions, the camper van experienced no failures, proving its durability.
