On August 26, 2025, Jietu introduced the Shanhai L7 PLUS, a seven-seat plug-in hybrid SUV aimed at family travel. The starting price after trade-in subsidy is 109,900 yuan. It features a 1.5L turbo hybrid powertrain, up to 220 km of electric range and 1,700 km combined range. Equipment includes CDC suspension, a 15.6-inch rotating screen, Falcon 500 driver assistance with city and highway NOA, and 32 seat configurations including bed mode.
