In March and April 2025, 2,152 new caravans were sold in the Netherlands — an 18% increase year-on-year. Motorhome sales rose 9% to 1,297 units. Total registered caravans and motorhomes now stand at 637,000. The surge is attributed to higher flight costs and global instability, despite a tax hike on motorhomes since January.
