In the US, a 2023 EarthRoamer XV-SX built on a Chevrolet Silverado 6500HD chassis has been put up for sale. The odometer reads 13,244 km (or 13,200 km according to another source). The price is $1.1 million.
The living module features a double bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, washer-dryer, and leather and oak trim. The motorhome is powered by a 6.6-liter turbodiesel V8 producing 350 hp, equipped with two Warn winches, surround-view cameras, a FLIR infrared camera, and a GOST security system.
The high price is attributed not so much to the chassis as to the ready-to-use autonomous platform for long expeditions.
