To mark its 20th anniversary, German manufacturer SpaceCamper has developed four special models based on the VW Caravelle (according to a Swiss source, based on the Classic+), created following discussions with the owner community. According to a Peruvian source, the models were created following a meeting with 350 owners in Germany.
Models
- Classic+ Dog — a separate sleeping area for large dogs with a cutout in the bed, a ladder, a water bowl, and a temperature control system. According to a French source, it also includes seat belts and a ramp.
- Classic+ Bike — allows carrying two bicycles inside while retaining three sleeping places.
- Classic+ 6.Sitz — an additional hidden (folding) sixth seat.
- Classic+ Toilette — details are still being kept secret; according to sources, a new hidden/folding toilet system will be presented.
The new models will premiere at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf.
