Demand for Chinese-made two-storey motorhomes in Russia has increased by 300% over the past year. According to RT Russia, the growth is driven by domestic tourism as more Russians choose independent travel to avoid airfare and hotel costs. The Chinese models offer a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, LED lighting and panoramic windows. Their prices range from 2 to 5 million roubles, while comparable European motorhomes cost between 6 and 15 million roubles. The total number of motorhome owners in Russia is estimated at around 30,000, and organised campsite infrastructure remains limited.
