The Canadian Recreational Vehicle Association (CRVA) reported that wholesale RV shipments into Canada for the second quarter ending June 30, 2026, totaled 9,286 units, an 18.0% increase from 7,867 units in the same period of 2025.
For the first half of 2026, shipments reached 18,972 units, up 6.3% from 17,852 units a year earlier. Towable RV shipments remained nearly flat at 16,300 units (-0.5%), while motorhome shipments rose 81.0% to 2,672 units.
CRVA noted that year-over-year quarterly comparisons continue to be affected by unusual trade conditions in 2025, including Canada's retaliatory tariffs on U.S. RVs in April 2025, which disrupted shipments in Q2 2025. The growth is attributed to a low-base effect.
