Italian manufacturer Atlantis has introduced the Carbon 4x4, an off-road camper built on the Mercedes Sprinter with all-wheel drive. Its key feature is a carbon-fiber monocoque that provides rigidity with low weight but is significantly more expensive than aluminum.
Unlike typical off-road campers with aggressive styling, the focus is on an ultra-premium interior: dark wood, leather, and subdued lighting. The manufacturer positions the vehicle as a blend of off-road capability and classic elegance, comparing the cabin to a gentlemen's club.
