German manufacturer ARI Motors has unveiled the ARI 458 Pro Campervan, an electric motorhome touted as the smallest in Europe. At 3.82 meters in length, it is shorter than a Mazda MX-5, with a living area of 2.8 m² and an interior height of 1.85 m. Built on a light commercial EV platform (category L7e), it comes without furniture, leaving owners to fit out the interior themselves.
The electric motor produces 20 hp (15 kW), propelling the camper to a top speed of 70 km/h. Range varies from 120 to 230 km depending on battery. Prices in Germany start at €30,381, though some sources cite a base price from €25,530 excluding VAT or from €30,000. Orders open on May 1, 2026.
