Nissan unveils micro-camper based on Clipper with pegboard mounting system

The owner bought a used Honda Vamos Hobio for 60,000 yen (approx. $400) for camping and car sleeping. Together with his daughter, he fully repainted the body for 20,000 yen (approx. $130) in a matte two-tone scheme (white top, grey bottom). Inside, they installed a homemade bed, table, and storage; outside, additional lights and LED markers were added. The project shows a low-cost approach to building a camper van from a kei truck.

EcoFlow, a portable power technology company, announced its participation in TOKYO OUTDOOR SHOW 2026, held from June 26 to 28, 2026, at Makuhari Messe in Chiba.
