Around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 1, a caravan caught fire in a courtyard on Avenue de Bischwiller in Vire. Firefighters extinguished the flames with precautions due to two gas bottles inside, preventing a potential explosion. Only a portion of a hedge was damaged; nearby buildings were preserved. A total of 13 firefighters were deployed.
