Two St. Lawrence County residents, Justin Whitmarsh (36, of Edwards) and Kara McGregor (36, of Potsdam), have been charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property — a camper and a trailer — in the town of Hermon, New York. Whitmarsh also faces an additional charge of methamphetamine possession.
The incident occurred on May 11 on Evans Road in Hermon. Arrests were made the following day. Both were arraigned and lodged in the county jail.
