A severe storm hit Jelenia Góra (Lower Silesia). Over 55 mm of rain fell in less than an hour, streets were flooded, and numerous trees were uprooted. Five scout camps were evacuated. Firefighters recorded 211 calls in the city and Karkonosze County. A caravan was blown into water at a gravel pit in Wojanów. Four hospital wards were flooded, and a warehouse roof partially collapsed (120 people evacuated). No casualties reported. IMGW raised the warning to the highest (third) level for nine counties in the region.
