On 19 July at around 4:30 a.m., a storm struck the Lopari and Rapoča campsites on the island of Lošinj. According to firefighters, a waterspout uprooted about fifty pine trees, which fell on cars, caravans and tents. Two injured people were airlifted to the Rijeka Clinical Hospital Centre. Twenty-two firefighters with six vehicles are on site.
