Juan Francisco Deluna Jr., 61, was arrested on a first-degree felony arson charge in San Antonio. On June 16, 2026, he allegedly set fire to a neighbor's RV, believing the owner was involved with his girlfriend. Surveillance footage showed him approaching the RV before the fire, and investigators found evidence of an accelerant. Deluna confessed, stating he had previously reported complaints to authorities without resolution.
