On April 30, in the town of Wiele (Pomerania), a camper caught fire and exploded at a holiday resort. A 62-year-old woman inside smelled smoke and escaped before the blast. Firefighters from OSP Wiele spent over three hours extinguishing the fire, preventing it from spreading to nearby forest and cottages. The camper was completely destroyed, with damages estimated at 60,000 PLN; the likely cause is a gas system failure after a new cylinder was connected.
