On the evening of 22 August, a fire broke out in Gualdo Tadino, involving a woodshed containing about 40 quintals of wood, a caravan and other stacked material. Firefighters from the Gaifana detachment contained the blaze, preventing further spread. Four LPG cylinders nearby posed an additional hazard; they were secured and the area was brought under control. The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are under investigation.
