On the evening of August 9, around 15 caravans and vehicles entered a plot in Sainte-Euphémie, Ain, without permission, despite the mayor's refusal. The municipality had placed two concrete blocks in front of the gate, but they were moved. Mayor Emmanuel Geniquet filed a complaint after travelers used water from a fire hydrant and is asking police to intervene.
