On opening day, 150 caravans arrived for 25 spaces. Now managed by LVD Environnement, it houses 15 families, many spanning several generations.
Meanwhile, in Bléré (Indre-et-Loire), the prefect signed an eviction order for about 150 caravans that illegally occupied a plot on June 1, 2026. Notice was served on June 4, with a voluntary departure deadline of June 5 at 4:00 PM. No negotiations took place.
In Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne (Vaucluse), around 100–200 caravans settled on two football fields of SC Gadagne. Representatives of the "Vie et Lumière" mission promise to leave within two weeks. The club has canceled several events, and its president fears serious damage to the turf.
