On July 25 at approximately 18:34, a Fiat Ducatoⓘ camper van belonging to a German citizen caught fire and was completely destroyed on the A5 Kaunas–Marijampolė highway at the 61st kilometre near Grigaliūnai village. Firefighters extinguished the open flames; the vehicle and its contents were lost. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
