Fire destroys caravan and former workshop

The son of Ivo Karamanski and his wife Antoanet Pepe have moved into a caravan at Camping Gradina near Sozopol. The couple plans to spend the entire summer on the coast, despite rainy weather in Sofia. They have already visited the rock formation Begliktash.

Bulgarian couple Diana and Stanislav converted an empty van into a camper van. The project took several months, with the main challenge being the layout of living areas and appliances in a small space. After completion, they traveled over 15,000 kilometers across Europe in four months.

Two fires with material damage occurred in Kardzhali region. Around 10:30 in the village of Boyno, a caravan caught fire due to a short circuit and was completely destroyed, but a nearby building was saved. At 18:50 in Ardino, a room in a former workshop caught fire, also due to a short circuit, destroying furniture and computer equipment and blackening walls.

The mother of the deceased, Ralitsa Asenova, published photos of the camper where three people died near Okolchitsa. The photos show nine holes in the roof hatch, contradicting the prosecution's version of three shots. One projectile remained in the skull of Nikolay Zlatkov. The camper with the bodies of Ivo Kaluchev, Alexander Makulev, and Nikolay Zlatkov was found on February 8, seven days after the deaths of Ivaylo Ivanov, Plamen Statev, and Decho Vasilev at Petrohan.
