Caravanas Osito, a Valencia-based company selling and renting caravans, has closed, leaving customers without the vehicles they paid for. More than ten people have started legal action after paying for motorhomes that were never delivered. The Consumer Union (UCE) reports that several affected customers have come forward and that the number is likely much higher, as the company was large and also operated in the rental sector. The average transaction amount was 80,000 euros. The company is reportedly on an open-ended holiday: a sign stating holidays would end on the 2nd has been replaced with one reading 'Closed for Holidays'.
