One person died in an RV fire in Sedgwick County, Kansas, on Thursday morning. Firefighters arrived after 8:30 a.m. and found the RV fully engulfed in flames. After extinguishing the fire, a body was found inside.
The incident occurred in the 3600 block of East 71st Street South, west of Derby. The fire also threatened a residence but was brought under control. Police and fire officials are investigating, including a possible link to thunderstorm activity in the area.
