An illegal caravan rental business targeting vulnerable people has been uncovered in Palma, Mallorca. A person imports trailers from the mainland and rents them out without documentation, insurance, or ITV inspection, using fake license plates from scrapped vehicles. Rent starts at 250 euros, and over 10 caravans are parked in the municipality, including in the Son Hugo area. Tenants cannot move the trailers due to the lack of a towing vehicle, making their parking illegal.
