A motorhome driver ignored a ban on vehicles over 3.5 tonnes and got stuck on the Balmberg pass (canton of Solothurn). The incident occurred on May 15 around 5:30 PM when a 73-year-old driver was traveling from Welschenrohr towards Balmberg. Roadside assistance was required to recover the motorhome, resulting in a full road closure for about three hours.
